     so what you are saying is there will be NO support for almost two weeks.....that's just great but it wont make much difference it normally takes at least a week for a reply...

     Ha ha, yeah...

    @support, would be great if you would understand that we don't have a holiday and that problems need to be fixed (cannot tell a customer that my Chinese suppliers are off for a holiday). So why not handing over forum and other support duties to your European and/or American people? Autel is about a global company is it not?

      Support, Here in the Wild Wild West  young college age coeds often celebrate spring here  too by  going  "without any support too for a couple weeks  and manage to come back with  a sun tan and return  without any problems.  Have fun .

    They can turn around and tell us that we are very sorry...................... We can't help you as your Unit was Bought from China and
    therefore we can't support you PLEASE contact your original supplier............

    I know with good support, good updates, and factory logos back, The Maxi Cyst has way more potential then to settle for being a big tumor on Snappy's @ss        :-)

      There is a Very Big Updates for you mate...........!!! Including the system updates as well to V03 .02.06 before they go on holidays.............Enjoy it mate and keep some feed back ready for them when they come back from the holidays...............

     I am still waiting  to road test my brand new TS401 that I installed Autel's latest new update on, so if they didn't F anything up on that it will go along way toward my  confidence  to pull the trigger on a new  Maxisys platform when I hear everything  seems to be sorted out.

    I have updated it yesterday and from the looks it looks OK but, will test it today and give the feed back..........Fingers Cross..............
